Shop manager (I presume he is) is absolutely amazing. The best repertoire with the customers I have ever seen. Takes time out from what he's doing to help those that need a little more assistance. He's taken his time getting to know customers and it makes it such a nice environment. You can't help but smile while watching him go about his business

My iceland account was hacked and my xmas shopping money gone, went in to see manager no help at all , obviously I was upset instead of trying to help he called Steve the security , who came down while eating a pastie an telling me to leave the shop while spitting pastie out of his mouth , very professional , I would urge anyone who has a iceland account to check it as apparently its your responsibility if you get hacked not there's, I explained that was my xmas shopping but they were not interested , I'm disappointed and disgusted how they treat their customers .

Nice shop and shop assistants. The security guys are pretty useless... Chatting in the middle of the floor, blocking the way to the fridges, but they were not really bothered. Local shop, always busy. No free car park nearby, so not recommended for drivers. Busy transport junction for buses and mersey trains. Many other shops nearby too, in the Strand Sopping centre. The prices are sneaking up slowly, like everywhere else...

While the one in Waterloo is my fave, I have still got to give it to this one. This one is as stunning as it gets every time. I would recommend this to anyone. There is only one thing. The supermarkets placing. It is an ok place, but when you enter it, it’s a bit diagonal and it’s sometimes annoying. It’s not really that big of a deal, but it is an amazing shop nonetheless
